DESCRIPTION: solenoid valves are mechanical components used for the shut-off and control of a fluid. In Milano Componenti water inlet and steam solenoid valves, mechanical operation takes place via an electromagnetic actuator (solenoid). 300 Series water inlet and steam solenoid valves include both indirect and direct acting types.
APPLICATIONS: Milano Componenti one- or multi-way water inlet solenoid valves are mainly used in domestic and industrial dishwashers and washing machines and sanitary ware and, in general, all systems that use drinking water or industrial water, such as washing machines and dishwashers. The 300 series is mainly used in washing as water inlet valve. A range of flow reducers are available to limit intake flow.
The special 3/2 version acts as flow diverter valve inside a hydraulic system.
OPERATION: When current runs through it, the solenoid of the water inlet solenoid valve activates the mechanical device for opening and closing the valve.
MATERIALS: the materials (glass-fibre reinforced polyamide, stainless steel and galvanized steel) used for the 300 Series solenoid valve for washing machine and dishwasher enable use with hot and cold water.
VERSIONS: on request and for sufficient quantities, Milano Componenti also develops special versions to the client’s design.
CERTIFICATION: all of our solenoid valves comply with the EN 60730-1 and EN 60730- 2-8 standards and are approved by: IMQ, VDE, UTE, SEMKO, DEMKO, NEMKO, FEMKO, KEMA, KEUR, ASE/SEV, BEAB and OVE.
