The MR 330 range of gear motors has been developed to respond to the continually growing requirement for automation in the design of domestic and professional appliances.
Simplicity of design and a well-controlled production process using carefully chosen materials contribute to the high quality level of this product. A high degree of flexibility ensures suitability for the widest range of applications.
A wide range of models are available including versions for continuous and intermittent duty cycles. Intermittent duty versions are available for: ü 50% duty 10" on 10" off ü 30% duty 6" on 14" off based on a cycle time of 20". For each of these types, there are selfreleasing (AS) and self-locking (AB) versions.
The AS version eliminates the inertia effect of the rotor when the motor is switched off, whereas the AB version acts against the inertia of the unit to which the gear motor is attached and eliminates the inertia of the load.
The normal operating condition for the AS and AB motors is with the shaft in a horizontal position. However, special versions can be supplied for vertical shaft operation. Windings temperature rise tests should be carried out by the customer with the motor installed on the equipment under worst case conditions.
The ambient temperature must be between 10°C and 80°C and requirements for windings temperature rise established by the Standards authorities must be respected.
